Driver rescued after crashing into parked car, wall in Carrick

CARRICK, Pa. — A driver lost control and crashed into a parked car then went over a wall in Carrick early Monday morning.

Police said the accident happened around 3:30 a.m. on Belplain Street.

The driver had to be rescued from the vehicle, officials said, and was taken to a nearby hospital. The driver's name and condition were not immediately released.

There is no word on what caused the crash.
