WASHINGTON, Pa. — A building in the city of Washington partially collapsed late Wednesday night.
The building’s owners are waiting to hear whether or not it will have to be torn down.
Code enforcement officers told Channel 11 that there are concerns about the structural integrity of the building following the collapse.
