Family living in fear after armed home invasion

PLUM, Pa. — A family is living in fear after a violent home invasion in Plum Borough.

Investigators told Channel 11's Brandon Hudson the family was held at gunpoint inside their Rainier Drive home by two men.

Police said one of the men was armed and the other was wearing a mask when they kicked down the door of the home.

The  men demanded cash and marijuana from a woman, her teenage son and his girlfriend who were inside.

The men eventually left the house with money and electronics.

The victims had a home surveillance system inside the home, and police are hoping they will be able to identify the invaders through the video.
