• Former mail-room supervisor accused of stealing $1,700 in valuables from mail

    NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The former mail-room supervisor at Westminster College is accused of stealing nearly $1,700 worth of valuables from the mail.

    Police said 59-year-old Debra White stole 55 pieces of mail from the college mail room over a 14-month period.

    Investigators said White was looking for cash and gift cards being sent to students.
