Identity of motorcyclist killed in Westmoreland Co. crash released

WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. — State police have released the identity of a man killed when a motorcycle and SUV collided in Westmoreland County on Friday.

Police have identified the victim as 41-year-old Marcus Blaine of West Newton.

According to officials, Blaine’s motorcycle and the SUV collided along Motordrome Road in South Huntingdon Township at about 11:45 p.m.

Police said the crash happened as the SUV was turning into a parking lot and the motorcycle hit the SUV.

Officers said they are still trying to figure out who was at fault in this accident.
