MCKEESPORT, Pa. — Pittsburgh homicide detectives said they have issued an arrest warrant for a man accused of shooting and killing another man inside of a McKeesport bar last week.

Homicide detectives said the shooting happened just before 1 a.m. at Street Stars Bar and Grill. Police identified the victim as 34-year-old Jaymond Bailey.

Investigators said it took them less than two minutes to respond to the scene and when they arrived everyone inside the bar took off running.

Schurman said at least 12 shots were fired and surveillance video caught the shooting on tape.

On Wednesday, officers said they charged Mark Leonard with homicide and weapons violations.

Leonard is described as a 32-year-old black male, about 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs pounds. Police said Leonard has distinctive hazel colored eyes and was last seen with a bald head and a beard. Investigators said he also has tattoos on both sides of his neck.

Investigators said Leonard is originally from the Hill District area and is known to frequent McKeeport and Manchester.
