More than a dozen shots fired in Fineview; 2 believed injured

PITTSBURGH — Police rushed to the scene of a shooting Wednesday afternoon in Fineview.

Authorities told Channel 11 News that there were reports of more than a dozen shots fired in the area of Belleau Street.

Pittsburgh police Commander RaShall Brackney said two people in a white or light-colored vehicle, possible an Explorer, were driving when the passenger started shooting.

Brackney said two people were hit with shots – one in the face and one in the arm.

According to Brackney, the victim who was shot in the face is in serious-to-critical condition.

No other information has been released.
