• Overturned tractor-trailer backs up morning traffic along Interstate 70

    SOUTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP, Pa. - An overturned tractor-trailer caused traffic slow-downs early Thursday morning on Interstate 70.

    Officials said the accident happened in the westbound lanes at the South Junction, near a construction site in South Strabane Township.

    Police said one passenger in the truck was taken to Washington Hospital.

    There is no word on what caused the accident.
