Police have charged a woman for allegedly stabbing a friend in the back during an argument over a marijuana cigarette.
Police said Delsha Flannigan, 33, stabbed her friend, Letesha Lee, in an apartment near Third Avenue around 10:15 p.m Monday.
Officers said Lee was found slumped against a fence with a stab wound to her back.
Flannigan was charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and simple assault.
She remains in the Beaver County jail on bond.
