McKEES ROCKS, Pa. - Police said a couple was getting high while their children, one in a wheelchair, waited for their food at Pizzeria Primos in McKees Rocks.

The owners of the shop called police on Wednesday about Jessica and Randy Gutshall, police said.

The owners said it wasn’t the first time the couple was behaving suspiciously in the shop.

Police believe the couple took turns shooting heroin in the restaurant’s bathroom.

Police said they found the couple’s physically challenged children, ages 4 and 5, in the back of the restaurant when they arrived.

Heroin was found on the couple, police said.
