PITTSBURGH — Police found 15 pounds of marijuana and heroin inside a car in Spring Garden Saturday.
Officials said an officer saw a suspicious vehicle near a Family Dollar and noticed the smell of marijuana as he approached the driver.
The drugs were recovered after a search of the vehicle.
The suspect is facing charges for possession and intent to distribute.
