Autopsy results on Aliquippa baby delayed

ALIQUIPPA, Pa. — The Beaver County coroner on Sunday declined to discuss results of an autopsy on a 4-month-old Aliquippa boy who died the day before.

Coroner Teri Tatalovich-Rossi said the results are "pending" and would not discuss the case further.

Dekhi Hill was in bed with his mother in her Hyman Heights apartment when she noticed he was not breathing, said Aliquippa Assistant Police Chief Joseph Perciavalle.

The mother called 911 about 3:20 a.m. Paramedics took the boy to Heritage Valley Beaver hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.

Perciavalle said the case is under investigation and no arrests have been made.

Julio Olivo, 37, who does maintenance work at Hyman Heights, said the family moved into the apartment about six or seven months ago. Two other children live in the apartment, Olivo said. He said there had not been problems previously at the apartment.

"They stayed to themselves pretty much," he said.
