Police: Washington County man accused of raping 15-year-old girl

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. — Police said a 21-year-old Washington County man raped a 15-year-old girl and then left the victim on her mother's front porch.

According to the police report, the incident began when the victim and Michael Vallor smoked marijuana and the substance known as K2 Monday night.

Investigators said Vallor had sex with the victim at a tanning salon in West Brownsville and kept the girl out until 5 a.m. Tuesday.

Police said Vallor and a friend then took the victim, placed her on her mother's porch, covered her with a blanket and left.

Officers said the girl was later found by her mother's boyfriend and was taken to Mon Valley Hospital. The girl was then later taken to UPMC Children's Hospital to be treated for a drug overdose.

The victim’s father told Channel 11 News that she’s on a respirator and being treated for fluid in her lungs. He said police told him his daughter is lucky to be alive.

“They told me 15 more minutes and she would have been dead or brain dead from being unconscious,” the father said.

He said the girl’s mother’s boyfriend woke up Tuesday morning and saw the girl lying on the porch.

“He was walking down the steps, they have a security system, and he looked over at the monitor and saw something on the porch. He went down, rewound the DVR and saw two guys carrying her up through the yard and put her on the porch, cover her with a blanket and take off running,” the victim’s father said. “All they did was carry her up the yard, put her on the porch, put a blanket over here and took off running like a bunch of cowards.”

According to police, Vallor told them he couldn’t wake the girl up so they carried her to the porch and left her with a blanket.

Vallor, who told police the sex was consensual, is facing several charges including, rape, possession with intent to deliver, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children and corruption of a minor.

Before Vallor was arrested, the girl’s father said he went to his house to question him.

“I questioned and questioned him and he denied everything,” the man said. “(Vallor) will never get what he deserves.”

Vallor is in the Washington County Jail on $15,000 straight cash bail.

Investigators said they’re still looking for the other man who was with Vallor.
