SCOTT TOWNSHIP, Pa. - Police said a man recently frightened Walmart shoppers, saying “I’ll come down with a gun and kill you.”

David Cagnacci, 26, of Carnegie, is accused in the incident that happened on Nov. 1 at the packed Scott Township Walmart.

At first, employees said they thought he was just there to shop, but then Cagnacci lost control.  Police said he threatened Walmart workers.

After kicking his way out the door, Cagnacci left and employees called 911, police said.

Police tracked Cagnacci to another store, where police said he remained defiant.

Channel 11 has learned that police were called to the Getgo in Carnegie in August after the same man reportedly threatened to sexually assault women working there.
