• Police: Man punched in face in Loyalhanna road rage incident

    LOYALHANNA TOWNSHIP, Pa.,None - Police are searching for a man they said punched a driver during a case of road rage in Loyalhanna Township.

    Police said a driver was tailgating David Yenchi, 55, of Saltsburg, so Yenchi pulled over along Clubhouse Drive to let the man pass.

    Police said the suspect, a known 35-year-old man from Saltsburg, got out of his vehicle and confronted Yenchi.

    The man then assaulted the victim, punching him repeatedly in the face, police said.

    Yenchi was treated and released from UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

    Police continue to investigate. Charges are expected to filed against the suspect.
