Private island in James Bond, Pirates of the Caribbean films on sale for $100 million

A private island in the Bahamas seen in James Bond and Pirates of the Caribbean films has hit the market at $100 million.

Little Pipe Cay, a 40-acre private paradise, is featured in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl and Casino Royale.

The island features a helipad, a seaplane dock and a deep-water dock able to accommodate superyachts.

A 5,300-square-foot main residence, four guest cottages and staff quarters offer over 22,000 square feet of interior space including 11 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

The island is located 70 miles from Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas. David Copperfield and Tyler Perry are just a few of the notable owners of Little Pipe Cay’s neighboring islands.
