ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. — People gathered at the City-County building to show support for a bill that would protect county parks from new “fracking operations.”
Dozens of people demonstrated in support of the parks, in an attempt to send a message to County Council.
The rally took place just before County Council’s public hearing on a bill first introduced by councilmember Bethany Hallam earlier this year.
