• Route 28 near Frazier reopened after rollover crash

    FRAZIER, Pa.,None - Route 28 northbound lanes near Frazier have reopened after a rollover accident shut the road down late Tuesday morning.

    Officials said a truck rolled over then caught fire at about 11 a.m.

    The driver and passenger got out of the truck without any injuries, police said.

    Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
