ARNOLD, Pa. — A $1 million winning scratch-off lottery ticket was sold in Westmoreland County.
The ticket was sold at the Stop-N-Go at 1542 Constitution Boulevard in Arnold. That store received a $5,000 bonus for selling it.
$1,000,000 Cash King is a $10 game that offers top prizes of $1 million.
