Search for missing North Side man with dementia continues

PITTSBURGH — Authorities continue to search for a missing North Side man who suffers from dementia.

Investigators said 82-year-old Walter Parker was last seen Saturday at his home.

Parker suffers from dementia and loss of vision. Police said he’s known to frequent the West View shopping plaza and uses the bus to get around.

Parker is 5 feet 11 inches tall,   weighs 200 lbs., and has blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue coat with a paper clip on the zipper, blue pants, black shoes and a grey winter hat.
