• 1 of 2 teens missing from Armstrong Co. youth home found


    APOLLO BOROUGH, Pa. - State police have located a teenager who went missing from an Armstrong County youth home Saturday afternoon.

    Damion Brooks, 13, ran away from the Adelphoi Village Youth Home, in Apollo Borough, by climbing through a first-floor bathroom window about 4 p.m., authorities said. He has since been found unharmed.

    Brooks is the second teenager in recent days to run away from Adelphoi Village. Police continue to search for 15-year-old William Greenawalt, who ran away from the youth home on Friday.

    Anyone with information on Greenawalt’s whereabouts is asked to call Pennsylvania State Police in Kittanning at 724-543-2011.
