• Shaler man dies in Butler County motorcycle accident


    LANCASTER, Pa. - A 44-year-old man from Shaler died in a motorcycle accident late Thursday night in Butler County, police said.

    Harry Stewart’s motorcycle went off Whitestown Road in Lancaster around 10:30 p.m. Thursday in the area of a sharp bend.

    The motorcycle went into a field and flipped, investigators said.

    No other vehicles were involved, and investigators aren't sure why Stewart went off the road.
