PITTSBURGH — Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett visited UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh on Wednesday.
“It just feels great to see the smiles on kid’s faces and get a chance to meet them, definitely a special opportunity,” Pickett said.
During his visit, Pickett hosted a game of Bingo that streamed to all of the hospital rooms.
He also took the time to visit some children and their families individually.
“Got to meet a lot of really great kids, on all different units,” Pickett said. “Just seeing their smiles and hearing that they were talking a lot more than usual makes me feel good, you kind of change someone’s day, so it was awesome.”
