WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. - A Westmoreland County man is in jail Sunday morning after being accused of assaulting an autistic man.
Police said Mark Pollard sexually assaulted a 21-year-old man after the victim offered to walk him home from Thunder Rolls bar in Jeanette.
Pollard is also accused of trying to hold a teenage girl captive in his home back in 2007, according to police.
Pollard is facing assault and indecent exposure charges.
