LIGONIER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A woman was killed after her car hit a tree and caught fire early Sunday morning in Ligonier.
The accident happened on Route 711 about 3 a.m.
Officials said the car came to a stop against a house after striking the tree.
The woman’s name has not been released.
The crash is under investigation.
