BEAVER COUNTY, Pa. — One man was injured after his car hit a telephone pole in the 1800 block of Third Avenue shortly after 4 a.m. on Saturday.
The pole, which had a transformer, fell onto the road and knocked out power within a one-block area.
The man was able to leave his car on his own, but was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
