"We can't keep pointing fingers" Homeowners looking for answers after major flooding damage

OHIO TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Neighbors in Ohio Township say a poorly designed storm drain is part of the reason their homes are flooding during heavy rains.

The Doven family said gallons of water poured in their basement through a shattered window during Thursday's flooding, destroying everything.
