PITTSBURGH — There's a whole lot going on in and around Pittsburgh this weekend, including Leslie Odom Jr., plenty of Halloween cheer and a chance to see the Long Island Medium.

Saturday, 8 p.m. - Heinz Hall

Odom Jr. is a Grammy Award­ winner as a principal soloist on Hamilton’s Original Broadway Cast Recording, which won the 2015 award for Best Musical Theater Album. He originated the role of ‘Burr’ in a sold out run at The Public Theatre in 2015, earning a Drama Desk Award nomination for Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical and a Lucille Lortel Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Musical. He's also a Carnegie Mellon University alum.

Dogtoberfest

Sunday, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Federal Galley on the North Side  

Enjoy fall brews on the patio with your dog. Pet costumes are encouraged, and prizes will be awarded for several categories like Most Creative Costume, Best “Other Animal” Costume and Best In Show.

Halloween Party at Wigle Whiskey

Friday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Wigle Whiskey Barrelhouse & Whiskey Garden in Pittsburgh

Guys and ghouls! Wear your BEST costumes for a Halloween Party with delicious food, spooky tunes, creepy cocktails, and costume contests for both you and your dog.

Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC vs Bethlehem Steel

Saturday, 7 p.m. - Highmark Stadium

The Pittsburgh Riverhounds are back in the playoffs and hosting their first playoff game at Highmark Stadium since it was opened in 2013. This is a can't miss match for soccer fans. A loss means the Riverhounds would be out of the playoffs and there won't be another chance to see them play until next summer.

Halloween Spook-Tacular

Saturday, 4 p.m. at Dependable Drive-In in Moon Township

Plenty of Halloween fun for all ages at Dependable Drive-In's fourth annual Spook-Tacular, Pittsburgh's outdoor Halloween party for every age! Three screens of Halloween fun: one screen of children's and family movies, another screen of some more thrilling movies for our older audiences, and a third screen full of those classic horror movies from the 50's 60's and 70's if you're looking for that retro drive-in feel.

The 2018 Jam series is about to go out with a frightening bang when the Halloween Edition returns on October 20th! Pittsburgh Monster Pumpkins Festival

Saturday 10 a.m. to dusk, Sunday 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at North Shore Riverfront Park in Pittsburgh 

FREE fall fun for all age as the Allegheny River is transformed into a pumpkin playground! Six of the most acclaimed master pumpkin carvers in the country, multiple giant pumpkin drops, a pumpkin pie eating contest, food, drink, and craft vendors and so much more!

Brewtal Beer Fest 3

Saturday, 2 p.m. - Mr. Smalls, Millvale
