PETERS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Cars were targeted near the Peters Township Community Recreation Center and police have arrested two people.
Some of the stolen property was recovered.

Police believe the suspects may have also targeted cars near Arrowhead Trail access points and parking lots.
The suspects have not been identified.
