COVID-19 cases continue spiking in Westmoreland County

GREENSBURG, Pa. — Two more residents have died from COVID-19 at Westmoreland Manor, according to county officials.

No additional staff or residents have tested positive for COVID-19.

According to their last update, 112 residents and 33 employees have tested positive for the virus at the facility.

Westmoreland Manor has been dealing with a COVID-19 outbreak. The National Guard was brought in last month to help control the outbreak and take over testing so that employees can focus on patient care.
