2 people rushed to hospital after shooting in Westmoreland Co.

WESTMORELAND Co — Police shut down Third Street, just steps from downtown Jeannette, following a shooting.

Officials confirmed two young adults were shot and transported to Forbes Hospital in Monroeville. Their conditions have not been released.

Channel 11′s Melanie Gillespie has learned from police, a juvenile has been arrested.

Police have not released details on what led to the shooting, and the investigation is ongoing.
