• 9th grade student hit by vehicle after getting off school bus

    WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. - A 9th grade student was hit by a vehicle after exiting a school bus in West Mifflin on Friday, according to Allegheny County officials. 

    The accident happened at the 2000 block of Clairton Road.

    Route 885 was closed in both directions but has since reopened.

    The boy was taken to Children's Hospital for treatment, according to officials.
