"He was going to go outside and fix some of the garbage outside of his home and while he was walking outside he was attacked by four individuals and one of them had a bat and he was bludgeoned to the point he had a fractured skull," Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Steve Limani said.

The attack happened around midnight at a house off Route 119 in Crabtree.

"We were able to get that license plate. That license plate came back to a female who lived in the city of Greensburg. Troopers responded and they made contact with all four involved in the beating," Limani said.

Those individuals have been identified as Sarah Miller, Matthew White, Treavair Green and Devon Allen.

People who know Hayden said this couldn't have happened to a nicer person.

"Collectively, I had several employees and girls in the office saying, 'Hey, we gotta do something, try to help him out.' So employees left that meeting and were giving cash as they were leaving before the day started," Jason Migogna, Justin's boss, said.

Police said the four suspects were targeting the victim's relative and attacked the wrong person.
