Car crash on I-80 causes significant lane closures

A car crash in Mercer County caused significant lane closures Sunday morning.

The accident took place on Interstate 80 in the westbound lanes between the Grove City exit and Erie exit to Interstate 79 North around 3 a.m. Sunday.

All lanes were closed on I-80 as the roadway was being cleared until 6 a.m.

The westbound lanes were closed until around 8 a.m. Sunday.

It is unclear whether or not anyone was injured in the accident.
