GREENSBURG, Pa. — Greensburg police said they were led to an apartment complex because of recent complaints from neighbors about drug activity.
Officers were patrolling and doing surveillance of Eastmont apartments when they saw someone pull in and not stop completely at a stop sign.
That driver was Nicholas Debone, police said.
Police said when they asked Debone if he lived there he replied he didn’t but was just visiting a friend..

That friend apparently was known to police as one of the suspected dealers.
Police said when they asked Debone if he had any drugs on him, he got really nervous and was shaking.
Police said he handed over a bag of a white powdery substance. There ended up being 33 bags of cocaine, police said.
Debone also allegedly had seven pills of ecstasy under the seat.
He doesn’t have a criminal history and has already posted bond.
