Court arguments over legality of skill games in Pa. set to start

Court arguments are expected to start Monday over whether skill game machines are legal in Pennsylvania.

The machines exist in gaming parlors, bars and clubs.

Police started seizing some of the machines last month, calling them “illegal gambling devices.” However, the courts ordered police to stop the seizures until the legal process finished.
