PITTSBURGH - A man convicted in a deadly hit-and-run crash is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday.
In July, Zachary Chicko of New Kensington was convicted of causing the death of Brandon Ortmann in September 2015.
Ortmann was riding a bicycle on Steubenville Pike in North Fayette when he was killed.

Chicko faces up to 3 to 6 years in jail.
The judge tells us the outcome could be significant because the minimum sentencing laws in Pennsylvania are being challenged.
WPXI’s Lori Houy will be in the courtroom and will have reaction to the sentencing coming up on Channel 11 News at Noon.
