ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Firefighters called a home a total loss following a large fire Sunday afternoon on Industry Road in Elizabeth Township.
Fire officials had to work quickly, telling Channel 11 there were concerns over large amounts of gunpowder stored in the home.
"The stairwell going to the second floor was all burned out," said an emergency official.

Another issue was firefighters were having trouble getting to the home's second floor. A portion of it had collapsed, so they were forced to saw their way inside.
One woman was treated by paramedics at the scene and taken to an area hospital.
"The initial attack crews, they took a beating. Just to rotate the people out, make sure our firefighters stay safe."
Investigators said they're still working to find out what sparked the fire.
