Highland Elementary School in Ambridge SD closing temporarily due to COVID-19 case

AMBRIDGE, Pa. — Highland Elementary School in the Ambridge School District will be closed starting on Monday after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19, according to a Facebook post from the district.

The district said the school will be closed until they get direction from the Pennsylvania Health Department.

Classes will be held virtually and staff will be working from home.
