ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A man is accused of exposing himself while in his car Wednesday in the parking lot of the Target store in Ross Township.

Police said Timothy Schaffer, 55, was fully exposed while he was parked next to a woman who was leaving work.

Schaffer was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.

He was taken to the Allegheny County Jail where he was arraigned.
