NEW KENSINGTON, Pa. — Police say a New Kensington man exposed himself to her in the parking lot of a Dollar General in the middle of the day.
The suspect has been arrested and identified as Burton Wingenroth.

Police say the victim had been shopping at the Dollar General when she went out of the store to get money from her car.
Wingenroth allegedly called to her, and that when she saw him exposing himself and walking toward her.
The woman rushed back inside where she told the clerk and a security guard what had happened.
Police were able to track Wingenroth down and the victim identified him to investigators.
