NEW CASTLE, Pa. — New Castle police arrested a man they accuse of robbing two businesses in one day.
Police tell Channel 11 that Noah Hazy threatened the clerk and said that he had a gun when he robbed Market 24.
Hours later, police said he robbed the Medicine Shop, which is just two blocks from the police department.
Officers tracked him to a nearby building, where he ran and got stuck on a roof.
