A man was shot in Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood early Sunday morning.
Police said they responded to reports of a shooting near the Sunoco gas station in the 4000 block of Penn Avenue just before 1:05 a.m.

The man, who was shot in the calf, was taken to a hospital by a family member. Police said he was conscious and talking when he got to the hospital.
Pittsburgh police said they found a crime scene around 44th Street and Garden way.
An investigation is underway.
