Neighbors said a woman lives there with her boyfriend and child.

One neighbor said he was with all of them last night and everything seemed fine.

“Me and the couple, we're good friends and their son was here.  We were playing with the dirt bike and I was getting a sink and toilet off of them because they're remodeling their kitchen and that was all,” Devin McFall said. “But other than that, we heard, my mom, heard a loud bang in the morning and I woke up as well, but I didn't know what it was from.”

Kulick lived in the area, but the homeowners did not know him well.
