Man shot in Beltzhoover, taken to hospital in critical condition

A man was shot in the Beltzhoover area of Pittsburgh Saturday night, police said.

Police responded to reports of a shooting around 6:15 p.m. at the intersection of Estella Avenue and Warrington Avenue.

When officers arrived on scene, they found the man suffering from a gunshot wound inside a car at the intersection.

Police said the man was transported via ambulance to a local hospital in critical condition.

Police are investigating the incident.
