Man’s body found in the Monongahela River

BALDWIN, Pa. — A body was found in the Monongahela River Sunday evening.

Pittsburgh police said they were dispatched to an area of the river near the 4700 block of East Carson Street as part of a mutual aid request made by Baldwin Borough.

The cause and manner of death are not known yet.
