MIDLAND, Pa. — A massive fire engulfed a church in Beaver County early Saturday morning.
The call for the fire at the First Baptist Church of Midland on Penn Avenue came in around 12:30 a.m.

Six fire departments were called to help fight the fire.
The Midland fire chief believes the fire started in the roof.

Adjacent homes were evacuated, but crews were able to keep the fire from spreading
The state police fire marshal has been called to investigate the fire.
No one was injured.
