PITTSBURGH — If you’ve been a bride or tried to plan a wedding during the pandemic then you know it’s an absolute roller coaster of emotions but now that the mitigation efforts are lifting in just a few short weeks, a lot of brides are rejoicing.
It’s a day Amanda Finkenbinder has been planning for nearly two years.

“In January of 2020, we were pretty much set to go with everything, I put the invites in the envelope, they were ready to go, and then COVID hit.”
Finkenbinder said that after having postponed her big day twice. She’s hoping the third time is the charm. Especially now that mitigation orders are being lifted.
