Pittsburgh Public school closed Friday because of COVID-19

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Milliones 6-12 is closed Friday after a fourth person at the school tested positive for COVID-19, according to Pittsburgh Public Schools.

The latest person to test positive was last in the building on Wednesday, the district said.

Pittsburgh Milliones will be disinfected and contact tracing will be conducted.

Because of Friday’s closure, students and families will need to go to Pittsburgh Miller for Grab and Go breakfast and lunch between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

The school will reopen on Monday.
