West End Bridge reopens after hours-long closure due to police activity

PITTSBURGH — The West End Bridge has reopened after an hours-long closure due to police activity.

Both ends of the bridge were blocked off just before 9 a.m. Thursday - as well as roads leading to the bridge. Traffic was being detoured.

Everything returned to normal around 11:30 a.m.
